Stephen Colbert and the folks over at the Colbert Report took a look at House Republican Representative Darrell Issa and conflicting comments he made about his intent to issue subpoenas investigating the Obama White House.

Issa told various news organizations this past week that he would be non-partisan in his new role on the House Oversight Committee, but he had told conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh earlier that President Obama was the most corrupt President in history.  Adding in an interview with Politico just two days ago that he wanted to see 7 hearings a week, times 40 weeks.
