Stephen Colbert and the folks over at the Colbert Report do a semi-regular bit in which he praises and criticizes certain things, and last night he gave a tip of his hat to a school district selling advertising spots for local businesses on the back of their children's report cards and permission slips, in an attempt to raise money.
