Watch: Colbert On Bush Tax Cuts For The Rich
Stephen Colbert and the folks over at the Colbert Report took on the controversial ending for the Bush tax cuts on the wealthiest 2% of the country.
To discuss the topic he had on White House policy wonk Austin Goolsbee to find out why the Obama administration is calling on Congress to extend the Bush tax cuts on the bottom 98%, but let the rest expire after this year. Obviously Colbert did not like the idea of having to pay more in taxes, in part because he looks at himself as middle class.
