Stephen Colbert and the folks over at the Colbert Report took at a look at recent complaints from people over the noise coming from windmill farms, as well as the sound from biodegradable chip bags.

As you would expect, the sarcasm is heavy and funny, especially when he said that he doesn't want his snack bags to decompose because his garbage is his legacy to future generations.
