G&M: Military Cuts To Target Reservists, Paper Pushers, General Says
The soldier in charge of coming up with a leaner Canadian Forces is
signalling that the axe will fall on the defence bureaucracy and the
ranks of reservists to spare a fighting force that will be deployed to
war zones and natural disasters.
