Watch: Stewart And Colbert Announce Competing Rallies
They have been building suspense over a special announcement ever since a call came from the internet for Stephen Colbert to hold a rally in Washington D.C. to combat Glen Beck's recent rally on the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's famous march on Washington.
Jon Stewart announced on his show that he would be holding a 'Rally To Restore Sanity' on October 30, 2010, but not to be outdone, and because he said he would out announce his old boss, Stephen Colbert announced a competing rally to be held on the same day called the 'March To Keep Fear Alive'.
The competing rallies will be held in Washington D.C. and are sure to be hilarious.
