Stephen Colbert was very concerned with a recent study that showed almost 43 million Americans living in poverty, the highest level since records began to be kept in 1959.  The Colbert Report hosted Mark Shriver to discuss the growing number of poor and how the Republicans think people making over $200,000/year were the hardest hit by the recession.
