Vice President Biden along with troops who just got back from Iraq were hosted by Stephen Colbert on the Colbert Report.  Colbert had travelled to Iraq to host his show for the troops in Baghdad this year to the delight of everyone involved and watching, and now he was returning the favour.

Vice President Biden surprised viewers by dressing up as a hot dog vendor handing out hot dogs to the troops in the audience.
