Florida Pastor Terry Jones, who has threatened to burn hundreds of Qur'ans on Saturday, has abruptly cancelled the event amid enormous pressure.  He addressed the assembled media with the unbelievable story that he decided to cancel the book burning because the Imam in New York City building a Mosque near 'ground zero' agreed to move the project to another location.  He added that he would be flying to NYC this weekend to meet with the Imam for discussions.

Only minutes passed before news outlets began to report that the alleged deal was never reached and that there were no plans to move the Mosque.  There is no word yet of a response from Pastor Jones.
