The fourth man arrested in the police investigation into an alleged Ottawa-based terrorism cell made another court appearance Sunday.

The 20-year-old man, who was born in Iraq and is a Canadian citizen, was arrested Friday morning in Ottawa on his way to work but not charged with any terrorism-related offences. Instead, police laid unrelated charges involving alleged domestic assault.
