Stephen Colbert from the Colbert Report learned recently that the Iranian government has released new guidelines on acceptable hair styles in an attempt to crack down on Western influences.
To his surprise, Stephen's own hair was on the list of approved styles making him sing the praises of government regulated modesty, endorsing what he calls Modest Con 2010.
