The Harper government and two opposition parties have named the three arbiters who will help MPs vet Ottawa's secret Afghan detainee documents.

Named Wednesday, the panel includes former Supreme Court judges Claire L'Heureux-Dubé and Frank Iacobucci, as well as Donald I. Brenner, former chief justice of the B.C. Supreme Court.
