A female suicide bomber detonated her vest inside a tent meant to hand out food and water to Shi'ite pilgrims as they were celebrating the Arbain religious period and at least 41 people were killed and 106 wounded.  This comes just as the Iraqi election campaigns are heating up for the March elections and could damage the current President's ability to run on a law and order ticket.
