North Korea's leadership has agreed once again to eliminate nuclear weapons from their arsenal, although this isn't the first time a move such as this as been promised.  Analysts seem to think that because of a new round of sanctions after last years nuclear test and a tanking economy is the reason why this round of talks could be more productive than in the past.
