Iranian state run news agencies are reporting that Iran's nuclear agency chief Ali Akbar Salehi is planning to develop at least 10 new uranium enrichment facilities in the upcoming year on the orders of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.  The fuel is supposed to be used for a research facility, but this development is certainly going to strain relations with the West.
