Another two explosions have rocked Karachi, the first was a suicide bomber on a motorcycle who killed at least 12 people were killed and 40 injured.  The second explosion occured, almost unbelievably, at a hospital caring for the injuries of some of the 40 from the previous explosions.  Reports are saying that the second explosion was massive and hundreds of people were present when it occurred, but there are no reports of how many people were killed or injured in the subsequent bombing.
