The Los Angeles Times is reporting that four different agencies were involved in the decision to read the alleged Christmas Day airline bomber his Miranda rights only after he had stopped giving information.  Critics of the President have tried to characterize the decision to read Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab his 'rights' as the reason why he stopped giving authorities information, but this new information refutes that claim.
