The Globe and Mail is reporting that when G7 finance ministers meet in Nunavut, they will be served seal meat and sit on seal skin chairs so that the Inuit can try and persuade Europeans to forgo a proposed ban on seal products.  The seal hunt is a big part of the Inuit's economy and they are worried about a seal products ban in Europe which goes into effect tomorrow.
