The recovery effort in Haiti after a 7.0 earthquake destroyed the countries capitol is slowly moving forward, but for those still alive the situation is becoming desperate.  Reports of roving gangs of looters and thugs are beginning to be reported coming out of Port-au-Prince as people struggle to find food and water just to survive, hampering security and relief efforts.
