Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty has successfully inked a deal with Samsung C and T and the Korea Electric Power Corporation to build wind turbines and other green technologies in Ontario.  The Toronto Star says that it could mean upwards of 1,400 manufacturing jobs for Ontario, desperately needed for a sector that was devastated by the collapse of the American auto industry.  The overall estimate for the deal is $7 billion in investment in the Province and as many as 16,000 jobs including the previously mentioned manufacturing jobs.
