Scott Brown Takes Questions
Scott Brown took some time today to answer questions from the press after winning the Massachusetts Senate special election, becoming the first Republican Senator elected by the state since 1962. Brown had a even and measured tone and was quite proud of his victory and said that he wasn't beholden to any party or interest group and that he would go to Washington to change business as usual. He said that he would keep the interests of the people of Massachusetts his primary goal, although it remains to be seen how he can avoid back room deals when every Senator is looking out for their state's citizens as well.
