Reports are indicating that at least 1.5 million Haitians are now homeless and they are only beginning to enter the stages of relief after the almost 10 day rescue effort.  Reuters is now reporting that on Thursday government officials began the move for at least 400,000 people to areas outside of the devastated capitol, where new villages will be built to house them.
