Tony Blair, the former Prime Minister of the UK during the invasion of Iraq, testified at an ongoing inquiry today into the disastrous decision to invade said, "I decided that this intelligence justified our [understanding] that Saddam continued to pose a significant WMD threat."

Despite the fact that no WMD's were found and that upon review the "intelligence" which led to the invasion of Iraq was suspect at best, Mr. Blair defended his decision to support the invasion of Iraq with the United States.
