The Supreme Court of Canada overturned a lower courts ruling that the Canadian government must attempt to repatriate Omar Khadr, who is being held at Guantanamo Bay on charges of murder.  He was arrested at age 15 in Afghanistan when he was accused of throwing a grenade at a U.S. soldier and killing him.  He is now 23.
