In an attack that appeared to target the governor of Anbar province in Iraq, 2 suicide bombers killed at least 20 people.  The attacks took place in the city of Ramadi which is about 100 kilometres west of Baghdad with the first bomb detonated from inside a vehicle followed shortly afterwards by a bomber on foot.
