President Obama addressed over 100 leaders and delegates this morning in Copenhagen laying out 3 items he says are needed for any agreement to be made at the climate talks.  Those are commitments by industrialized and fast growing countries to limit their emissions, transparency with how each country monitors emissions outputs, and the $100 billion aid package for poor and vulnerable countries revealed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton two days ago.
