At 3 o'clock this afternoon the Florida Highway Patrol had a press conference to announce that Tiger Woods would receive a citation for careless driving which carries a fine of $164, plus court costs, and 4 points on his license.   The Highway Patrol wanted to make clear that the investigation is over and they pursued the case like they would any other traffic incident.
