For those of us who haven't been on a plane in some time, it's possible you may not have noticed the increased security at airports around the world due to the recent attempted terrorist attack by a 23 year old Nigerian man on Christmas.  I suppose you would have to be living under a rock, but the New York Times has a good article about the changes we've seen in air travel since the attacks of 9/11, the changes you've seen over the weekend, and the changes you may see in the future.
