After the Prime Minister promised last week that all past problems with the Afghan detainee transfer program were fixed by the government in 2007, Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon was forced to admit that an unspecified number of transferred detainees cannot be accounted for.  The fear is that these detainees are being released and may be a threat to Canadian forces.
