The CBC is reporting that a car bomb has gone off in the area near the Heetal Hotel which is frequented by Westerners.  Security personnel couldn't be sure what the target was, but reports indicate the home of the former Vice President of Afghanistan Ahmad Zia Massoud was also nearby and could have been a target.
