Just announced this morning was the merger between cable giant Comcast and NBC Universal with a 51% majority stake going to Comcast.  The new company is valued at around $37 billion and will be led by Jeffrey Zucker, who will now lead USA, CNBC, MSNBC and Bravo cable channels, NBC's broadcast networks and stations, a film studio and amusement parks.
