Encouraging news is being reported by the Washington Post this morning.  Two weeks before the President left on his week long Asia trip, two senior diplomats were sent a couple of weeks prior to secure China's support on pressuring Iran about its nuclear ambitions.

According to the Post, the Chinese were told that Israel viewed Iran's nuclear ambitions as a direct threat and would attack, creating a major situation in the Middle East and affecting oil production for the growing economic giant.

As such the Chinese have agreed to add their voice to a strongly worded statement that the Post has acquired.
