Efforts to locate and save three miners in the northern Quebec town of Desmaraisville were greeted with tragedy today when the body of one of the miners was found on the 11th level of the mine.  The men went to do some repair work on levels 11 and 12 on Friday evening when the lower levels of the mine flooded with water prompting a vigorous rescue effort.  The body of one of the three missing miners dashed hope that the other two were still alive in an air pocket on the still flooded 12th level of the mine.
