New revelations concerning the ongoing Afghan prisoner transfer scandal have surfaced this morning according to the Globe & Mail, in which Diplomat Richard Colvin said that indeed some of his reports went to Peter MacKay the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the time .

This all comes after Prime Minister Stephen Harper during yesterdays question period moved to discredit Mr. Colvin by enlisting the former deputy diplomat to Afghanistan to testify at a Parliamentary Committee that there was no evidence or reports sent to high level members of the government warning of possible prisoner abuse after hading them off to the Afghan Intelligence Service.
